Terms and conditions

1. Privacy statement
Your application will be handled with care and information will NEVER be provided to third parties. Your username and country may be visible on the public part of the website. Age and full name may be visible for administrators of predictor games you subscribe to. Your full name will also be visible to fellow players once you have been accepted for a game. Your e-mail address will not be shown on the website nor to other members.

2. Obey the rules
By submitting your application, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete and you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. You also acknowledge and agree to our point reward system that is used in all predictor games.

3. "I fought the law, and the law won"
Each entrant must ensure that his or her participation in the game is lawful in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands and of the country of which he or she is a citizen and/or resides, and/or happens to be at the time the entry is made. Foebele shall not be taken to make any representations, express or implied, as to the lawfulness of any entrant's participation, or as to any other aspect of the game.

4. Minors
Everyone is entitled to become a foebelmember, regardless their age. Administrators of predictor games are responsible for accepting minors. We consider people minors if they are considered minors in the Netherlands or in the country of which he or she is a citizen and/or resides, and/or happens to be at the time the entry is made.

5. Revocation of membership
Foebele reserves the right to refuse or revoke application names that are considered by Foebele in its sole discretion to be inappropriate or offensive. Unsuitable names will be deleted and the application will be revoked. Please bear this in mind when you choose the name for your application. Memberships that are considered by Foebele in its sole discretion not serious can also be revoked. A membership that is not activated within one month will be deleted from our database.

6. Declining and blocking players
A maintainer of a predictor game may decline and block subscriptions to its game without reason. To avoid declination and blocking, only subscribe to games you put trust in. For example, by knowing the maintainer or reading the description.

7. Prizes and entrance fees
A maintainer of a predictor game may set up entrance fees and prizes. However, this website has no measures whatsoever to perform any kind of payments. Only make payments to people you trust! Foebele.com is never responsible for payments and will never refund payments.

8. Disclaimer
Foebele cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any foebelmember. Foebele is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to a foebelmember's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials. By participating in one of our predictor games, you agree that no claim relating to any such (or any other) loss, damage or injury (including without limitation special, indirect or consequential losses) shall be asserted against Foebele or its relatives.
